De Vere Banner

Exiflex designed and produced 26 signs to be sited at De Vere Hotels golf resorts from Scotland to Norfolk. Our tailor-made solution, measured 3m by 1m and uses a purpose made frame and our unique pvc track system to make sure De Vere Golf’s new membership scheme is promoted in perfect condition. Yet again, Exiflex was chosen by another brand leader. De Vere join Michelin, Greens Health & Fitness, Q Hotels, JW Lees and Majestic Wine in our growing list of national brand customers.

Graphics were output and mounted onto 3mm Forex by PS2 in Runcorn.

Panel sizes varied in height but were all 3m long. 3.1m stock walls were built by Ask on site and the Exiflex track fitted directly to the walls.

Graphic panels were then fitted from the ground upwards.

TCG Image

Having only been available for a few months, Exiflex has already established itself as the external display system of choice for one of the country’s leading operators of community and lifestyle pubs and clubs.

Seeing the enormous potential of Exiflex to give them quality, consistent, cost-effective and highly visible external signage, the TCG Group, has installed 8 systems at sites at various locations across the country.

These systems were all installed in 3 days, with Exiflex providing a full start to finish solution.

From surveying the sites to developing the creative treatment, from producing artwork to printing and fitting the systems, Exiflex took care of the entire process, liasing with management and operational staff on site to ensure complete satisfaction. Exiflex are also providing a full replacement graphic service, so that TCG’s display signage is always ‘on message’.

TCG are so pleased with the results, that already this year, they have confirmed further installations, are looking at rolling out Exiflex as their display system of choice across the estate and are in the process of arranging for replacement graphics to be produced.

Exiflex Tape Tie Up!
September, 10 2008 | Added by: A Cassidy

Exiflex has been testing a wide selection of double sided tapes for bonding the Exiflex runner to a variety of indoor and outdoor display materials.

By far the best all-round tape we have used is NovaBond Shear Grip from Innova Solutions.

What they say...
NovaBond SG is a very aggressive synthetic rubber resin adhesive with a polyester scrim to give incredibily high shear, peel and tensile strengths. The special, highly crosslinked formulation gives excellent resistance to activity from most plasticisers and is virtually impervious to water and moisture once bonded to non-absorbent substrates. The adhesive exhibits very high cohesive strength even at elevated temperatures and will bond to almost any substrate being especially proficient on low surface energy materials.

What we say is it sticks like **** to a shovel.
It is available in 0.8mm and 0.3mm thicknesses for outdoor and indoor use respectively. We uave specified the 19mm x 50m rolls which fit our extruded runner perfectly.

The materials page on this site will soon become Materials & Tapes and will be updated with all kinds of usefull info on popular materials and NovaBond SG.

You can order NovaBond SG30 or SG 80 by calling Exiflex on 0161 976 5001 or email sales@exiflex.co.uk

Lambton rms Image

Every day seems to bring new challenges for Exiflex. As more and more people become aware of the system, they increasingly find new ways to use it.

This banner fitted at The Lambton Arms in Chester-Le-Street in November measures 7.2 meters wide and is fitted to a very uneven surface.

The Lambton Arms is part of the Tattersall Group who have adopted Exiflex as their banner solution.
Since this installation, they have installed several more Exiflex banners at 2 locations in Kent, Valentines
and The Fatling & Firkin.

Town & Country Image

Following an enquiry from Town & Country Carpets in Sale, we have sourced plastic suction cups that can easily be fitted to the Exiflex track.

This allows the track to be stuck to windows giving an instant display without the need for fitting to surrounding frames or ceilings.

The graphic can easily be changed by Town & County's staff and with double sided printing, ensures the marketing message is delivered inside and out.

Exiflex Website Goes Live
October, 31 2007 | Added by: A.Cassidy

Because Exiflex is such a versatile product, we constantly receive ideas from customers with new and innovative ways of using it.

We want the website to be a sounding board for the development of the system and welcome all enquiries and suggestions of how the product can be used. We are working on a more extensive product catalogue section which will be launched soon.

This will contain visuals of each item and dimensions that will help you to come up with new ways of using Exiflex. The Bad Banner Gallery is open to any worthy contenders. Send us you photos and we will upload the best, (worst!), examples.

Our mission is to rid the urban landscape of the eyesore that is 'tatty' banners.
